Whatever happened to "unconstitutional"? Well since the "Patriot Act", Unconstiutional have been the bills pushed by Congress and the Senate only. Nothing about reducing powers and securing civil rights, but instead taking them away and giving any POTUS who is in charge, more power over the people.
