Why HRes246 (Anti-BDS) Is Unconstitutional & 'Israeli Partnership On Everything' Bill Passed The Same Day (HR1837)

HRes246 passed Congress; even with help from Tulsi Gabbard. The bill misrepresents BDS and labels the supporters as Anti-Semites while also wishing for Palestinians to show up to Israeli created resolution meetings that don't fully give Palestinians their 1947 UN Decided land that was agreed upon.

While all the talk is on a the HRes246 which is non-binding (but can be enacted in the future if Congress decides) the Congress also passed HR 1837 which gives Israel abilities to partner with us IN OUR OWN NATION.
