Stores, Restaurants, & Health Departments Don't Know Facemask Exemptions Still Exist
SCARED TO DEATH OF FACEMASK POLICE
On Wednesday- November 11, 2020; Ohio Governor Mike DeWine caused panic & discrimination lawsuits throughout the State of Ohio.
While many Stores, Restaurants, & Health Departments believe Mike DeWine's Press Release is the new mandate- THE LEGAL MANDATE HAS YET TO BE WRITTEN. I've called the office of Governor DeWine and Mask Exemptions still exist even though not shown in this Press Release nor talked about by the Governor.
The Stores & Restaurants are scared to death because of the 3rd bullet of explaining the new mandate. As Governor Mike DeWine promises to create a new Policing Unit - a Retail Compliance Unit- led by the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and they are afraid of getting the warning and then being condemned to closing the store for 24 hours.
Never before in Ohio History have we seen a Governor create a new law enforcement agency for something that is not even a law. Mandates and Edicts come from a time of Despotism and Monarchy- when totalitarian leaders take charge of their areas.
