Democrats after the decline of California's Preposition 16 - which they wanted a yes vote! This would have allowed discrimination again in America. They of course wanted this for Affirmative Action, but it would have led to racism in every negative stance as well- even with affirmative action it has it's negative effects as well.
What they wanted was to allow the discrimination of people based on their race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in public employment, public education, and public contracting. Those are the protections granted in the California Civil Rights Law.
But during this COVID-19 Mask Mandate bullcrap in the country- I have been using Civil Rights Law to deter my employers from discriminating against my Non-Masked Christian Face.
In National Civil Rights Law it deters the discrimination of people based on not just Race, Sex, Color, Ethnicity, or National Origin - but also extends to Religion.
Democrats seem to be against Civil Rights Law in accordance to helping minorities, but reject any involvement when their actions cause the suffering of other minorities due to their ideas.
