Alecia Kitts, of Marietta, Ohio, was a tased and arrested by a police officer for not wearing a face mask - it all occurred at a middle school football game in Logan, Ohio, that Kitts and her family attended. The officer removes his mask during the arrest and the second officer on the scene isn’t wearing one at all! But they still arrest her for not wearing one- even though it's outdoors and she's 6 feet away from anyone outside her family; which shows she is within the exemptions set forth by the Health Director.
