China and Japan are on talks about A.I. Pre-crime Setups. So many saying how it can be beneficial to have these machines help figure out crime before it happens. While many would hope it could help with crimes that are not yet committed, the question is if something could; will it always happen?
Thoughtcrime and Pre-crime have been a talking point since George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty Four. Since then many see it as a future for Police State or in other words; the way the new Fascist States in our time would be.
If you have a Facebook, you already live among A.I. as a daily thing whether you know it or not. Facebook's A.I.'s have gave us information that shows they can even make their own languages so we can't see what they are saying to one another, while we also learned from MIT Technology Review that "Robots "Evolve" the ability to deceive." just from simple rules. So with A.I.'s with their own languages and deceptive minds; we could face a "information suppression in communicating robots".
Many, even scientists are scared of the futures that A.I. could bring; ranging from Stephen Hawking to Elon Musk.
Currently nothing America is showing; promotes that A.I.'s are in control of Pre-crime in USA, but at this time the DHS is betting on algorithms for Pre-crime methods. So while we still have the facility for Thoughtcrime (Pre-crime) it is a wonder we are still considered; "The Land of The Free.".
In the future we shall see if this Artificial Intelligence comes to America as well for their "Pre-crime" departments. The future is looking more deceiving if we allow deceptive A.I.'s to control anything of value in Markets, Government, or Policing. Also to punish one for a crime uncommitted; is truly the most Unconstitutional thing in America.
