The Real Legal Plunder | Civil Asset Forfeiture Allows Police To Become Pirates (Cops Can Legally Do Highway Burglary?)

POLICE STATE : Corrupt Police Law Exists And No Politician Cares- BECAUSE THEY CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY- and pocket it! No Police Accountability; Without You Suing Them!

Now, legal plunder may be exercised in an infinite multitude of ways. Hence come an infinite multitude of plans for organization; tariffs, protection, perquisites, gratuities, encouragements, progressive taxation, free public education, right to work, right to profit, right to wages, right to assistance, right to instruments of labor, gratuity of credit, etc., etc. And it is all these plans, taken as a whole, with what they have in common, legal plunder, that takes the name of socialism.                         — FrΓ©dΓ©ric Bastiat, The Law 1850

Legal Plunder has been about the redistribution of every American's money- now that phrase goes even further with Police becoming Pirates- stealing innocent people's cars, their cash, and the ability of taking anything. Legally all you can do if civil asset forfeiture happens to you- is sue them or the state; and pay all your lawyer fees- to then be given your stuff back or money. AND you have to prove your INNOCENCE. Instead of being innocent until proven guilty.

The Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution : No person shall be subject, except in cases of impeachment, to more than one punishment or trial for the same offense; nor shall be compelled to be a witness against himself; nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor be obliged to relinquish his property, where it may be necessary for public use, without just compensation....[E]xcept in cases of impeachments, and cases arising in the land or naval forces, or the militia when on actual service, in time of war or public danger...in all crimes punishable with loss of life or member, presentment or indictment by a grand jury shall be an essential preliminary....

Civil Asset Forfeiture sometimes called "In rem jurisdiction" completely breaks "nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor be obliged to relinquish his property, where it may be necessary for public use, without just compensation." part of the 5th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and is in itself- THEFT.
