The US Military is opening an investigation into West Point Cadets after Democrats got "White Power" to trend on Twitter- after accusing cadets of racism because they were playing the "Circle Game"- a game where you make the Ok hand gesture flipped upside down and hold it low for people to see, to then hit the viewers in the shoulder.
