YouTube made it possible for Independent Media to expand further than Main Stream Media, but in the last years- YouTube explained they will promote only Authoritarian Voices, which is the Corporate Media world- CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, ABC and ect.
YouTube has removed many thousands of channels on their platform, as they announced they were changing their model to be more a competitor to NetFlix.
Recently YouTube choose to remove 17,000 channels, more in a single swipe than ever before. That's not enough for Corporate Media, as they are begging for even more to be removed.
YouTube even exclaimed that their YouTube Stars and Corporate Entities on the platform don't even have to follow the Community Rules- making them elite over the rest of us.
