Kokesh to Host “March of the Dead Veterans” in New Orleans
Libertarians are the only political force bringing attention to the suicide epidemic in our military. Sunday, July 1st, Adam Kokesh, a Libertarian Party Candidate for President of the United States, will be hosting “The March of the Dead Veterans,” to bring awareness to this issue. More than 20 veterans commit suicide every day. Our government and much of the media have been silent about this tragedy. The all veteran march will begin at 7:00am at the VA hospital parking lot, located at 2400 Canal St., New Orleans, and end at the Libertarian Party National Convention with a flag folding ceremony. It is the Kokesh Campaign’s goal to give voice to the voiceless, who are gone but not forgotten. It is time to end the drug war and give the VA to the veterans.
Adam Kokesh is a veteran of Iraq, anti war-activist and candidate for the Libertarian Party nomination for President of the United States in 2020. This issue is a cornerstone of his campaign as he tours the country.
