Judge in Massachusetts Says 2nd Amendment Doesn't Guarantee the Right to an "Assault Rifle"

The point of the second amendment was to encode the right for the citizenry to have military-grade weaponry, this is understandable by the most basic reading of it. This judge is either an idiot or purposefully misleading.
