In the Fox News Report, we can see that David Hogg talks about a section of the Cafeteria that wouldn't even accept the "shooter" of the event; but then denies (4:30-6:15) that the shooter was bullied. Nobody accepting him; is bullying and creates a lot of mental abuse.
-Viewed as a reject; and rejected out of their society as one.
