-The next step would be for the people to dissolve each state government
individually one at a time. But even if some states don't dissolve, the
absence of a federal government is still a step in the right direction
because more local governments mean its easier to move out of reach of
the state you don't like. It would then, lead to more competition between
governments: which also means a race to lower taxes and regulations.
