The new, bi-partisan authorization for the use of military force (AUMF)
introduced by Senators Kaine and Corker is billed as evidence that
Congress is finally taking its Constitutional war-making authority
seriously. This could not be further from the truth. Congress is about
to grant the president "forever war" power and return to its slumber.
Bad for America.
